A ordinary person's life and opinions; middle class, night shift worker, wife, mother and now grandmother; daughter (-in-law), sister, cousin, niece, friend and more....
Aside from the distance, the new place is awesome! People are nice and do their work without trying to control others, the atmosphere is friendly, cooperative and easy going. The boss is great too. :)

We are happy for you! Do you have a ride to the new work place? E+U
I was born in Switzerland, grew up in a small town, surrounded by mountains, mentioned in the Heidi story. Because of a hot spring with healing contents in the water, there are lots of hotels, thermal pools, spas that tourists come to enjoy. My mom's family lived there for many generations, most of my generation has left, with me the greatest distance away. I met and fell in love with a Canadian and have lived in Canada longer, than where I grew up. I work nights, love my family and friends very much but most of all , I love God! I'm learning and growing in my spiritual walk, as a person, as a Christian. Helping others in need, makes me happy. :).
I also love to laugh, humor helps deal with stressful situations. This is a personal blog, I don't write much on politics and world news, I'll read about things in other blogs and some items I'll add to my shared list, that I want people to know about.
I love sweets; now that dark chocolate has been found to be healthy, I can eat it guilt free! :)Plus it makes people feel loved and Ice cream is where I get my calcium, another health benefit.
